When Can You Return an Item?

• You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.
• Items should be unused, clean, and not damaged.
• The product should be in its original box or packaging with all parts, manuals, or accessories included.
• You must have proof of purchase, like an order receipt or confirmation email.

Some items cannot be returned:

• Products made specially for you or customized.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards or digital vouchers.

Note: Customers pay for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Wrong

If something arrives broken, faulty, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll quickly:

• Send you a replacement at no cost, or
• Give you a full refund if you prefer.

(We may ask for photos to check the issue.)

Exchanges

Want to swap for another model or option? Contact us and we’ll check availability. If what you want isn’t available, you can choose a refund instead.

How to Return Safely

• Use a trackable courier service for returns.
• Keep your receipt and tracking number until the process is complete.
• ZeroBill Solutions is not responsible for items lost on the way back to us.

Cancelling an Order

• You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. If it has not been shipped yet.
• After that, the order may already be in progress, and our standard return policy will apply.
